Heal My Heart – Holistic Healing Smudge Kit (5 pieces)

Clear your mind and space of stagnant energy and reawaken your potential for joy, peace, and clarity. This mini kit packs a big spiritual punch to lingering negative energy. You will feel instant comfort and light after your first smudge ceremony.

As White Sage and Daisy contribute to a peaceful and uplifting ambiance, Selenite and Clear Quartz transmute unhelpful vibes into positive energy.

The crystals also lock in the intentions you bring to your smudge session and can be carried with you wherever you go.

Serving as a symbolic reminder of safety, guidance, and divine protection, this beginner smudge kit is suitable for your home, office, or car and can be used to clear your own energy.

When to use:

• To overcome emotional blockages
• When feeling vulnerable
• After many people have entered your space
• For heart-chakra meditations
• To attract soulful connections
• Before therapy, journaling, or any spiritual practice
• To uplift the mood when feeling low
• Reset the energy in your office

How to use:
Lay your crystals in the room that is being cleansed. Burn your sage or flower bundle until a gentle flow of smoke occurs. With your dominant hand, wave the smoke outward toward the room or around your body. Move around the room in a clockwise manner. Ensure adequate ventilation as this is the cleansing aspect, so the smoke must escape.

Once youve cleansed the energy, you can now invite positivity and intentions for your highest good using the Healing engraved Palo Santo stick. Light the stick and wave the smoke around your body and through your space while reciting affirmations or intentions.
