MNPS/1 – Menopause Sleep Support Aromatherapy Candle

A calming companion to enhance your night time wind-down routine, the MNPS/1 Menopause Candle is the first of its kind, specifically crafted to address the shifting sleep patterns that come with the transformative phase known as menopause.

The number ‘1’ signifies the foundational importance of a restful night’s sleep, which is crucial for how you’ll feel throughout the following day. Quality sleep helps prevent brain fog, exhaustion, mood swings, and low mood, making it the primary first step in maintaining overall well-being during this transformative time.

And breathe…

Did you know that your sense of smell is the most powerful of all your senses?

MNPS/1 taps into the restorative power of aromatherapy, creating a unique scent that stimulates your senses and supports a peaceful transition into restful sleep.

Designed by women for women (though men are welcome to join in!), this candle is a comforting addition to any home.

GOOD TO KNOW

330ml – approx 55hrs burn time

Our Wax

We never use mineral waxa misleading term that often disguises paraffin or petroleum-based waxes. Yes that’s right Peeps …. burning petrol in your home is not good for you!!

We do choose non-toxic, sustainable soy wax, ensuring a clean, eco-friendly burn, and free from carcinogens!

Our Oils

We only use pure essential oils! No synthetic fragrance oils with harmful hormone disruptors! We even challenged our clinical aromatherapy team to create a potent formula specifically for sleep challenges during peri-menopause and menopause. After testing three different oil ratios with menopausal women, we discovered the most effective and appealing blend:

– May Chang (litsea cubeba) is known for its uplifting, anti-anxiety properties, helping to relieve stress and tension, setting the stage for a peaceful night.

– Neroli Oil, derived from bitter orange blossoms, profoundly calms the nervous system, making it an ideal remedy for those 3 AM wake-ups common in menopause.

– Mandarin has a sweet, soothing scent that quiets an overactive mind, gently guiding the body into rest, especially during sleep disturbances.

– Geranium is celebrated for its ability to balance hormones and stabilize mood swings. Its floral scent promotes tranquility, helping to ease anxiety and encourage deeper, more restorative sleep.

So, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth…

For many, treating your olfactory system to the soothing aromatherapy blend of MNPS/1 is enough.
