Mask Veti-Vert 3-Wick Candle by Ruan Hoffmann for L’Objet

The Mask candle is a limited-edition marvel, each meticulously crafted to be both a sensory experience and a bold statement of wit and elegance. Created with three wicks, it fills any space with the earthy, grounding notes of vetiver while adding a whimsical touch to any setting. Ruan Hoffmann’s unique artistry comes alive in this piece, with hand-applied gold accents by our master artisans that sparkle against the candle’s playful form. The lid, shaped as an expressive mask, adds yet another layer of artistry: when placed on the exterior, it transforms the protrusion into the ‘nose,’ further enhancing the design’s character and functionality.

Each Mask candle bears a one-of-a-kind character, thanks to a carefully developed crackled effect and individually painted details, a testament to the months of dedication poured into perfecting its shape. This exclusive piece is as much a collectible as it is a playful tribute to the craftsmanship and humor that defines the LOBJET x Ruan Hoffmann collection.

About the Company:

Founded in 2004, LOBJET was born at intersection of meticulous craftsmanship and timeless sensibility. Today, the brand continues to set standards in the luxury lifestyle industry, while still employing many of the same craftspeople whom the founder met on his early travels. The hand-crafting techniques used and the exquisite pieces they produce are unique to the world. Jewelry-making techniques are employed to create the most intricate photo frames; bespoke plaster molds are used that are so fine they can cast only fifteen pieces each; porcelain is teased and shaped by hand as it dries to create exquisite texture; and dinnerware is gilded three times in 24K gold to achieve the perfect glow.
