There used to be more than 20 incense mills in the Yame area of Fukuoka, but now there are only two left.

A couple continues to make incense sticks using the traditional method of using a waterwheel.

Our incense sticks are made of only natural cedar and tabu leaves, while most domestic incense sticks are made from inexpensive foreign materials with a small amount of domestic cedar powder, flavoring and coloring.

The water wheel uses only the power of nature and is a wonderful source of human wisdom.

Use this incense not only as an offering incense, but also when you want to relax.
